You have 100 days from delivery to return your item for a full refund. We’ll even cover shipping.

Having a product issue? File a warranty claim here - no need to start a return.

 

How Returns Work

1. Start your return. Please start your return here

2. Pack it up. Disassemble the item and pack it safely for the trip back to us. We highly recommend using the original packaging - it's designed to protect the product in transit. But if that's not an option, any sturdy box that meets FedEx shipping requirements is okay too.

3. Choose your return method. You'll have the option to:

- Drop it off at any FedEx location

- Schedule a free weekday pickup (Mon - Fri) and FedEx will come to you

Once your return is approved, you'll receive detailed instructions based on your selected method. We'll send you a prepaid FedEx shipping label for each box.

4. Get your refund. Once the return arrives and checks out, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 5-7 business days after we receive it.

Product Warranty

All Nathan James products come with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. No return required. Learn more or file a claim here.
