Ship the product back to our warehouse
If you are not completely satisfied, all we ask in order to receive a full product refund is that you ship the product back to our warehouse in Reno, Nevada at your expense. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the items.
My mom always taught me, return something the same way you received it. Clean and in good condition. If for some reason you'd like to return our product, we plan on putting it back on the 'shelf' for someone to enjoy. Our products are well packaged and for that reason, it is important to return our product in its original packaging for a safe return to our warehouse.
