The furniture arrived very fast, it was easy to assemble, and it’s very comfortable and sturdy. There was a little problem with one of the pieces. I emailed customer service at the email provided and they took care of the issue (there was non structural damage on one item. they are sending me a new one and I don’t have to worry about sending the other one back!) I’ve been waiting to hit “buy” on this item for a long time. Actually on a lot of items over multiple platforms for my outdoor patio seating. And in part because I haven’t wanted to spend a ton of money but also because I wanted good quality and there never seems to be a good in between. Well these have served me in the best way in all two categories and I could not be happier! They are comfortable, they look like the photos, and the price really was on point. I ordered two sets so I have seating for four on my back porch and everyone is enjoying the comfort and style.
