Black Friday Furniture Sweepstakes

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Nathan James, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate or win.

2. Promotion Period

The sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM PST and ends on November 11, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM PST (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received within this time frame to be eligible.

3. How to Enter

You may enter the Sweepstakes via one of the following methods. Limit one (1) entry per person total, regardless of entry method.

A. Email Signup

During the Promotion Period, visit nathanjames.com and submit the email signup form with your full name and valid email address. You will receive one (1) entry. Submitting the form constitutes your request to receive emails from Sponsor; you may unsubscribe at any time and unsubscribing will not affect your eligibility or chances of winning.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter the Sweepstakes without signing up for email, send an email with the following information:

  • To: sweepstakes@nathanjames.com
  • Subject Line: Black Friday Furniture Sweepstakes
  • Body: Please include the following required information:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Full mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP)
    • One sentence about how you found out about Nathan James

Email entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM PST on November 11, 2025 to be eligible.

Entries submitted via automated means or in excess of the entry limit will be void.

4. Entry Limitations

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person — whether through multiple email addresses, multiple sign ups, or a combination of entry methods — will result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means will not be accepted and may result in disqualification.

5. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive a $2,000 Nathan James store credit, redeemable only on nathanjames.com. Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, may not be applied retroactively to prior purchases, and expires two (2) years from the date of issue.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,000 per prize; $10,000 total ARV for all prizes.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding any prize, and disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Drawing will occur on or around November 14, 2025. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within 48 hours of the drawing date and must respond within five (5) business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond in time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for emails that are lost, misdirected, or not received due to email filters or other technical reasons.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, any third-party platform or service.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors; (c) printing or typographical errors; (d) lost or delayed entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property.

Entrants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor from any third-party claims arising from any breach of these Official Rules by the entrant.

8. Privacy

Information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, participants agree to receive communications from Sponsor relating to the Sweepstakes and future promotions. Participants may opt out at any time.

9. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize. Form 1099 may be issued in accordance with IRS regulations.

10. Winners List

To request a list of winners, send an email to help@nathanjames.com with the subject line “Black Friday Furniture Sweepstakes Winners List Request” within 60 days of the end of the Promotion Period.
