We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, time is finite. We trust our team to get their jobs done and hold them accountable to do so, without impeding on their daily lives. We have no set schedule and our team works asynchronously from around the world. This allows us to define our own schedules and work around our lives when we need to. Communication is vital to our framework, but we’re adamant that it’s succinct and asynchronous. We also don’t have meetings if we can help it. Yeah, take a minute to let that sink in. No endless Zoom meetings. We can probably stop there, but we’ll go on…
