Shipping is FREE — no minimums, every order, all the time.

 

When can I expect my order?
Most orders ship within 48 hours. Orders placed before 11 a.m. PT often ship the same day — after 11 a.m. PT, they ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

West Coast (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV, UT, AZ, MT, WY, CO, NM, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX): 3–5 calendar days
East Coast (MN, IA, MO, AR, LA, WI, MI, IL, KY, TN, MS, AL, GA, FL, IN, OH, WV, VA, NC, SC, PA, MD, DE, NJ, NY, MA, VT, NH, ME, RI, DC): 8–11 calendar days

How do you ship?
All orders ship via FedEx Home Delivery. You'll receive tracking as soon as your label is printed. Some orders may arrive in multiple packages — allow 24–48 hours after your first package for the rest to arrive.

Where do you ship?
Continental U.S. only. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, the U.S. Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. If you're outside the continental U.S., you may be able to order through a retail partner.

My tracking says "Label Created" — is that normal?
Yes, especially for East Coast orders. Packages route through hubs in Kentucky or Florida before final delivery, so tracking may not update until it scans there. This is normal and takes about 4 days.

Can I get expedited shipping?
Not at this time. We offer standard shipping only to reduce our environmental impact and keep shipping free for everyone.

Do I need to be home for delivery?
Usually not. Packages are left at your door or building mailroom unless a signature is required.

What about preorders or backordered items?
Preorder items ship based on the estimated timeline on the product page. Backordered items are not included in standard shipping timelines.
