Rattan Ladder Wall Bookshelves with Doors Black (Set of 3)

Super refreshing to deal with a company like this. Great website with fair pricing. We placed our order and the boxes showed up the next afternoon in great shape with nice hardware (with adequate spare parts) and really simple, well written instructions. There’s even funny quips here and there that let you know it was written by a person who is familiar with the language. Now, I made the mistake about not consulting my wife about what color to get and of I course I blew that. She reached out to them and it couldn’t have been easier to get them returned (they provided return labels) and the correct color ordered. Again the cabinets showed up within a day or 2 and putting them together was a breeze. This is our 3rd time ordering from Nathan James and we’ll keep ordering due to their customer service.

My wife and I just purchased our first home and we were looking for unique ways to spruce up our empty great room walls. So these bookshelves just happened to pop on my Instagram feed and i thought they'd go perfect with the esthetic we are shooting for. I read a ton of reviews on this piece and decided to order two. They arrived quickly and to our delight, all pieces came perfectly. No scratches dents, dings or chips on any of the parts. The height was a little bit taller than expected, so i had to cut away about an inch on the legs so it could fit perfectly under my windows but that only took all of 5 extra minutes. The end result was flawless! Quality and craftsmanship of these shelves are amazing. These things are beautiful as they are sturdy. Everyone compliments these pieces whenever they come by. We love them so much that we decided to order 3 more pieces from Nathan James! They should be arriving soon!
