Yes. Our bed frames are designed to be used with a box spring or bed foundation. You can use any standard box spring or bed foundation, and choose whatever height works best for your mattress setup and preferred bed height. Here are our recommendations based on bed frame:

Cameron: If you want your mattress to sit below the top of the footboard, we recommend a standard 10" tall mattress paired with a maximum height of 5" for your box spring or bed foundation.
Turner: We recommend a standard 10" tall mattress paired with a height of 3"–5" for your box spring or bed foundation. This ensures the mattress sits above the bottom of the headboard while sitting below the top of the footboard.
