Nathan James Iris Cabinet Video Contest - Official Rules
THIS IS A SKILL-BASED CONTEST. WINNERS ARE SELECTED BY JUDGING, NOT BY CHANCE.
OWNERSHIP OF A NATHAN JAMES IRIS CABINET IS REQUIRED TO ENTER. No additional purchase is necessary to enter or win.
PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 19, WHICH AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF ARBITRATION AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 19.6.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
1. Sponsor
Nathan James USA Inc., 10205 Collins Ave., Apt. 1201, Bal Harbour, FL 33154 ("Sponsor" or "Nathan James").
Questions regarding these Official Rules may be directed to help@nathanjames.com.
2. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering the Nathan James Iris Cabinet Video Contest (the "Contest"), you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and its judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
3.2 Entrants must have purchased a Nathan James Iris cabinet within the twenty-four (24) months preceding the date of entry, and the cabinet featured in the entry must be that same cabinet, owned by the entrant and located in the entrant's own residence.
3.3 Entrants must have a public Instagram account in good standing that complies with Instagram's Terms of Use. Private accounts are not eligible.
3.4 The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win: employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, fulfillment agencies, prize suppliers, and judging organizations (collectively, the "Contest Entities"), and the Immediate Family Members and Household Members of each such individual.
3.5 "Immediate Family Members" means parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and spouses. "Household Members" means people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year, whether related or not.
3.6 The Contest is void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and outside the United States, and wherever otherwise prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Contest Period
The Contest begins on August 22, 2026 at 08:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 13, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
5.1 To enter, during the Contest Period you must complete all of the following steps:
(a) Film a video of at least fifteen (15) seconds and no more than thirty (30) seconds in length, filmed vertically (9:16) at a minimum resolution of 1080p, featuring your Nathan James Iris cabinet in your home.
(b) Post the video publicly on Instagram from your public Instagram account.
(c) Tag @nathanjames in the post caption.
(d) Include the hashtag #NathanJamesIris in the post caption.
(e) Include the disclosure #ad at the beginning of the post caption, before any other text, so that it is visible without the viewer expanding or clicking "more."
(f) Submit your entry through the official entry form at https://airtable.com/apptf9VkyYrxetg7o/pag1T4CgwPEuTU9dF/form and provide all required information, including a direct link to your public Instagram post.
5.2 Entries missing any requirement in Section 5.1 — including, without limitation, the #ad disclosure required by 5.1(e) — will be disqualified and will not be eligible for the Participation Reward or any Prize.
5.3 Post maintenance. Your Instagram post must remain publicly visible, live, and unmodified (with all required tags and disclosures intact) from the time of submission through November 30, 2026. If your post is deleted, set to private, or edited in a way that removes or obscures any required tag or disclosure, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, disqualify your entry, void any unredeemed Participation Reward, and require the return or repayment of any Prize or Participation Reward already issued.
5.4 Limit. Limit one (1) entry and one (1) Participation Reward per person, per Instagram account, per email address, and per household during the Contest Period. Entrants may not enter with multiple email addresses, Instagram accounts, or identities. Use of any automated system, bot, script, or other artificial means to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Purchasing, soliciting for payment, or otherwise artificially inflating views, likes, comments, shares, saves, followers, or any other form of engagement on an entry post is prohibited and will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any Participation Reward or Prize.
5.5 All entry submissions — meaning the entry form record and the information you provide through it — become the property of Sponsor for administrative purposes and will not be acknowledged or returned. Ownership of and rights in the video itself are governed by Section 12. Entries are void if they are, in Sponsor's sole judgment, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, obtained through fraud or theft, or submitted after the Contest Period.
5.6 Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not received for any reason, including technical failures, or for any failure of the entry form, Instagram, or any network or platform.
5.7 Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your service provider apply. Standard data rates may apply.
6. Entry Content Requirements and Entrant Warranties
6.1 By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that your entry, and all elements of it:
(a) is your own original work, created solely by you, and that you own or control all rights in it;
(b) has not been published, submitted in any other competition, or used for any commercial purpose prior to your entry in this Contest, other than the Instagram post required by Section 5.1(b);
(c) does not contain, incorporate, or otherwise use any third-party copyrighted material, trademarks, logos, brand names, or other intellectual property that you do not have the full legal right to use and to license to Sponsor as set forth in these Official Rules;
(d) does not contain any music, audio track, or sound recording that you are not separately licensed to use and to sublicense to Sponsor for commercial and paid advertising purposes. Audio made available through Instagram's music library, "trending audio," or similar in-platform features is licensed for personal, non-commercial use on that platform only and may not be used in your entry;
(e) does not depict or include any person other than yourself unless you have obtained that person's written consent to appear and to have their likeness used as contemplated by these Official Rules, and does not depict any person under the age of eighteen (18) unless you are that person's parent or legal guardian and consent to their appearance;
(f) does not contain any statement or claim regarding the safety, durability, structural integrity, load capacity, health or environmental attributes, or regulatory compliance of any Nathan James product, and does not contain any comparative claim regarding any Nathan James product and any competing product or brand;
(g) does not contain any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, violent, or that promotes alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, firearms, drugs, gambling, or any illegal activity;
(h) does not violate any law or any third party's rights, including rights of privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or contract;
(i) does not disparage Sponsor, any competitor, or any other person or entity; and
(j) complies with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
6.2 Honest opinion. Your entry must reflect your honest and truthful experience with and opinion of your Nathan James Iris cabinet. You are not required to express a positive opinion, and neither eligibility for the Participation Reward nor selection as a winner is conditioned on your entry expressing any particular sentiment or opinion about Sponsor or its products. Judging is based solely on the criteria set forth in Section 10.
6.3 Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that it determines does not comply with these Official Rules or that it otherwise deems inappropriate, without notice and without obligation to explain its determination.
6.4 Sponsor is not obligated to use, review, or respond to any entry.
7. Participation Reward
7.1 Each entrant who submits an entry that Sponsor verifies as meeting all requirements of Sections 3, 5, and 6 (an "Eligible Entrant") will receive one hundred dollars ($100) in Nathan James store credit (the "Participation Reward").
7.2 Verification. Sponsor will review each entry to confirm compliance. Verification will be completed within approximately five (5) business days of entry submission. The Participation Reward will be issued to the email address provided at entry within five (5) business days after successful verification. Entries that fail verification, including for missing or improperly placed disclosures, will not receive the Participation Reward.
7.3 Limit one (1) Participation Reward per person, per Instagram account, per email address, and per household.
7.4 Store credit terms. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash, may not be resold or combined with other store credit accounts, expires two (2) years from the date of issuance, may be applied only to new orders placed at nathanjames.com, may not be applied to previous or already-placed orders, and is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to Nathan James store credit generally. Store credit is not a gift card and is not issued in exchange for payment or consideration.
7.5 Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Participation Reward offer at any time and for any reason, in its sole discretion, upon notice posted at https://nathanjames.com/pages/iris-contest or otherwise made publicly available. Entries submitted after the effective time of such notice will not be eligible for the Participation Reward but may remain eligible for Prizes if the Contest Period is still open.
7.6 The Participation Reward is compensation for the entrant's endorsement and may constitute taxable income. Recipients are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may issue tax reporting forms as required by law.
8. Prizes
8.1 The following prizes (each a "Prize") will be awarded:
|
Prize |
Value |
Number Available |
|
Grand Prize |
$1,000 USD |
1 |
|
Runner-Up Prize |
$500 USD |
2 |
8.2 Total approximate retail value of all Prizes: $2,000 USD. This figure does not include Participation Rewards, which are available to all Eligible Entrants and are not awarded on the basis of judging.
8.3 Limit one (1) Prize per person and per household.
8.4 Prizes will be issued through Sponsor's third-party rewards provider, Tremendous, via a payout method selected by the winner from those available at redemption, which may include prepaid card, PayPal, Venmo, or bank transfer. Winners will receive a redemption link at the email address provided at entry and must complete redemption through that provider, including accepting the provider's and, where applicable, the card issuer's or payment processor's terms and conditions. Payout methods are subject to the terms, conditions, fees, and any expiration date set by the applicable provider or issuer, which will be disclosed at redemption. Sponsor is not responsible for any provider, issuer, or processor fees, for expiration of an unredeemed or unused prepaid card, or for any payout that is lost, misdirected, or not redeemed within the period specified by the provider. Prepaid cards cannot be replaced once issued. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate payment method of equal value.
8.5 Taxes. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on their Prize and on any Participation Reward received. Sponsor will report the aggregate value of all amounts paid to a winner during the calendar year — including both the Prize and the $100 Participation Reward — as required by applicable law.
8.6 W-9 required. Prior to Prize issuance, each potential winner must complete and return an IRS Form W-9 through the secure method designated by Sponsor at the time of notification. Do not submit tax identification information through the entry form or by email. Failure to return a completed W-9 within ten (10) days of Sponsor's request will result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner.
8.7 No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash equivalent of any Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
8.8 All Prize details not expressly stated in these Official Rules are at Sponsor's sole discretion.
9. Winner Notification and Forfeiture
9.1 Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry within three (3) business days following the judging date set forth in Section 10.
9.2 A potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) days of the date the notification is sent. Failure to respond within that period, an undeliverable or unanswered notification, a return of any Prize notification as undeliverable, or a potential winner's inability to accept a Prize for any reason will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
9.3 Prior to being declared a winner, each potential winner must execute and return the release and deliver the materials described in Section 12.3, execute and return the release described in Section 13, and any affidavit of eligibility, within ten (10) days of Sponsor's request.
9.4 In the event of forfeiture, disqualification, or non-compliance, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries in descending order of judging score. Sponsor is not obligated to select more than two (2) alternates per Prize, after which the Prize may go unawarded.
9.5 Sponsor's obligation with respect to any Prize ends upon issuance of that Prize.
10. Judging
10.1 All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be judged by a panel of qualified judges consisting of Nathan James employees with professional experience in marketing, brand, and creative evaluation.
10.2 Entries will be scored on the following criteria:
|
Criterion |
Weight |
|
Creativity and originality of the video |
one-third (1/3) |
|
Video quality, including lighting, framing, and audio clarity |
one-third (1/3) |
|
How well the Iris cabinet and the surrounding space are showcased |
one-third (1/3) |
10.3 Judging will take place on or about September 21, 2026. The entry receiving the highest total score will be awarded the Grand Prize; the entries receiving the second- and third-highest total scores will each be awarded a Runner-Up Prize.
10.4 Tie-breaking. In the event of a tie for any Prize, the tied entries will be re-scored by the judging panel on the Creativity criterion alone, and the entry receiving the highest Creativity score will be deemed the higher-ranked entry. If a tie remains, the entry submitted earliest (per Sponsor's records) will be deemed the higher-ranked entry.
10.5 Judging is not based on view count, like count, comment count, follower count, or any other measure of social media engagement or popularity.
10.6 Judging is not based on whether an entry expresses a favorable opinion of Sponsor or its products.
10.7 The decisions of the judges and of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
10.8 If Sponsor receives fewer eligible entries than the number of Prizes offered, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the number of Prizes for which eligible entries were received, in descending Prize value order, and any remaining Prizes will not be awarded.
11. Required Disclosure of Material Connection
11.1 Because entrants receive compensation (the Participation Reward, and in the case of winners, a Prize) in connection with posting content about Sponsor's products, every entry constitutes a paid endorsement and a material connection exists between each entrant and Sponsor.
11.2 Entrants must disclose this material connection clearly and conspicuously as required by Section 5.1(e). Placement of #ad within a block of hashtags, at the end of a caption, below the "more" cutoff, or in a comment does not satisfy this requirement.
11.3 Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry lacking proper disclosure, to require an entrant to correct a deficient disclosure as a condition of eligibility, and to void or reclaim any Participation Reward or Prize associated with a post that does not carry proper disclosure.
11.4 Nothing in these Official Rules requires or requests that any entrant misrepresent their experience with or opinion of any Nathan James product.
12. Content Rights
12.1 Entrants retain ownership of the video content they submit. Except as set forth in this Section 12, entrants who are not selected as winners grant Sponsor no license to use their entry.
12.2 Winners' license. By accepting a Grand Prize or Runner-Up Prize, each winner grants Sponsor and its designees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, edit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit the winner's entry, in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, including paid advertising, for any purpose, without further notice, review, approval, compensation, or attribution. Each winner waives any moral rights or droit moral in the entry to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12.3 Required release. As a condition of receiving a Prize, each potential winner must execute and return a separate written content release confirming the rights granted in Section 12.2 and containing the warranties set forth in Section 6, within ten (10) days of Sponsor's request. A potential winner who does not wish to grant the rights described in Section 12.2 may decline the Prize, in which case the Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner and the potential winner's entry will remain eligible for the Participation Reward. As a further condition of receiving a Prize, each potential winner must also deliver to Sponsor, within the same period, a copy of the entry as posted and the original unedited source file of the entry (without added music, voiceover, or post-production audio), at a minimum resolution of 1080p. Failure to execute and return the release, deliver the required files, or decline the Prize within that period will result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner.
12.4 Separate permission from non-winners. Nothing in these Official Rules prevents Sponsor from separately contacting any entrant to request permission to use their content outside of the Contest. Any such use will be governed by a separate agreement entered into voluntarily between Sponsor and that entrant and is not a condition of entry, of the Participation Reward, or of eligibility for any Prize.
12.5 Sponsor is not obligated to use any entry, and non-use creates no liability.
13. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes each winner's consent to Sponsor's and its designees' use of the winner's name, first initial of last name, city and state of residence, Instagram handle, photograph, voice, likeness, and statements about the Contest for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional notice, review, approval, or compensation. Sponsor may require a winner to execute a separate written publicity release as a condition of Prize issuance.
14. Privacy
14.1 Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://nathanjames.com/pages/privacy-policy.
14.2 Notice at collection. Sponsor collects the following categories of personal information in connection with the Contest: identifiers (name, email address, Instagram handle, and for winners, mailing address and taxpayer identification number). This information is collected and used for the purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, issuing Participation Rewards and Prizes, complying with tax and legal obligations, and, where you have separately consented, sending marketing communications. Sponsor does not sell or share personal information collected through the Contest for cross-context behavioral advertising. Personal information is retained for as long as necessary to administer the Contest and to satisfy legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
14.3 California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other state residents may have rights regarding their personal information, including rights of access, correction, and deletion, as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Requests may be submitted as described there.
14.4 Entry does not enroll you in marketing communications. Consent to receive marketing email or SMS from Sponsor is separate, optional, and not a condition of entry, of the Participation Reward, or of eligibility for any Prize.
15. General Conditions
15.1 Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, if any fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, or if the Contest cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
15.2 Force majeure. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by acts of God, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, public health emergency, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor dispute, governmental action, utility or internet failure, platform outage, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
15.3 If the Contest is terminated before the stated end date, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of termination, or may award no Prizes.
15.4 Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, acting in violation of these Official Rules, acting in a disruptive manner, or acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, and to void all entries submitted by that individual.
15.5 ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
15.6 Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that term.
16. Release and Limitation of Liability
16.1 By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Contest Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to: participation in the Contest; the submission, use, or non-use of any entry; the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any Participation Reward or Prize; any tax liability; any personal injury, property damage, or death; or any interaction with any third party or platform in connection with the Contest.
16.2 THE RELEASED PARTIES MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION REWARD, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PRIZES AND PARTICIPATION REWARDS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
16.3 IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ATTORNEYS' FEES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONTEST, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
16.4 IN NO EVENT WILL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES TO ANY ENTRANT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED BY THAT ENTRANT IN ENTERING THE CONTEST, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
16.5 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
17. Indemnification
Each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) the entrant's entry, including any claim that the entry infringes or misappropriates any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, right of privacy, or other right of any third party; (b) any breach by the entrant of any representation, warranty, or obligation in these Official Rules; or (c) the entrant's participation in the Contest.
18. Instagram / Meta Disclaimer
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their affiliates (collectively, "Meta"). By entering, each entrant completely releases Meta from any and all liability arising out of or relating to the Contest and acknowledges that any information provided in connection with the Contest is provided to Sponsor and not to Meta. Entrants must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Sponsor, not to Meta.
19. Dispute Resolution
19.1 Governing law. These Official Rules and all matters arising out of or relating to the Contest are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of Section 19.2.
19.2 Binding arbitration. Except as provided in Section 19.5, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Contest or these Official Rules, including the validity, enforceability, or scope of this arbitration provision, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration will be conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or, at the entrant's election, in the county of the entrant's residence, or by telephone, video, or document submission where permitted by the AAA rules.
19.3 CLASS ACTION WAIVER. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN THE PARTY'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE THE CLAIMS OF MORE THAN ONE PERSON AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. If this Section 19.3 is found unenforceable as to any claim, that claim will be severed and litigated in court under Section 19.5, and the remaining claims will proceed in arbitration.
19.4 JURY TRIAL WAIVER. TO THE EXTENT ANY CLAIM PROCEEDS IN COURT, EACH PARTY KNOWINGLY AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
19.5 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights. Any claim not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
19.6 Opt-out. You may opt out of the arbitration provision in Section 19.2 and the class action waiver in Section 19.3 by sending written notice to help@nathanjames.com or to Sponsor's address in Section 1 within thirty (30) days of your entry. The notice must include your name, address, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect your eligibility or any other part of these Official Rules.
19.7 Damages limitation. In any dispute, entrants may recover only actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with entering the Contest, and waive all rights to claim indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, attorneys' fees, and any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waive all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
20. Winner List
For the names of the winners, email help@nathanjames.com with the subject line "Iris Contest Winner List Request." Requests must be received by December 31, 2026. The winner list will be available after September 30, 2026.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
22. Entire Agreement
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between each entrant and Sponsor regarding the Contest and supersede all prior communications, including any advertising or promotional materials. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any Contest advertising, email, or social media post, these Official Rules control.
