My first time ordering from Nathan James, and I'm so impressed by the customer service. Our package arrived damaged (shipping) and there was a small dent on bracket. Not only was NJ customer service SO EASY to contact - (they give you a lot of choices on how to reach) - but they were incredibly quick to respond and address the situation. We love our shelf and will shop at Nathan James again!

This unit feels solid, was packaged well, and pretty easy to assemble even for 1 person. Just 2 issues: 1) The glue used on the A, B, C etc. stickers that indicate which piece matches the instruction were placed where those on the higher sections could be seen and it took a razor scraper and some adhesive remover to get them off cleanly. Please use a less aggressive sticker or, since this unit was so simple, it really didn't need them. 2) The 2 tabs at the top that screw to the wall are positioned such that you cannot use a power tool and there is hardly room for a manual screwdriver. Placing the tabs facing up rather than down would make installation WAAAAY easier.
